FDA COMPLIANCE SERVICES

Start with the product.
Prepare the right information.

Entering the United States requires an understanding of the requirements that apply to your product, manufacturer and import arrangement. DSG helps organize product information, documentation and the next steps for U.S. market entry.

Our service brings product information, facility details, supplier documents and shipment discussions into an agreed working process. Support is tailored to the product category and the parties responsible for each submission.

Food, beverages, seafood, agricultural ingredients and processed food products are a primary focus. Inquiries involving cosmetics, dietary supplements or other FDA-regulated categories start with a separate scope and capability review.

CLEAR SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES

One conversation.
Clear responsibilities.

DSG supports exporter communication, document preparation and FDA-related coordination within an agreed service scope. Each engagement identifies the information needed, deliverables and parties responsible for each step.

FDA requirements differ by product. Food facility registration is not FDA approval of a product, label or shipment. FDA determines admissibility, and registration or document preparation does not guarantee entry.

An FSVP importer role, U.S. agent appointment or filing authorization requires its own agreed arrangement. The parties responsible for submissions and ongoing obligations are identified before work begins.

QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU START

Understand your pathway.
Know your next step.

Is FDA registration the same as FDA product approval?

No. Registration records facility information where required. For conventional foods, FDA does not approve individual products, labels or shipments before import. Requirements for other categories differ.

Do all products require the same documents?

No. The product category, ingredients, intended use, processing and import arrangement determine the applicable requirements. We start by reviewing your specific product.

How is FDA support different from FSVP?

FDA support can involve facility details, product information and import documentation. FSVP concerns the covered U.S. food importer’s foreign-supplier verification obligations. Your inquiry may require both, depending on applicability.

Can you quote a fee and completion date?

Yes, after reviewing the product and requested scope. Document readiness, third-party work and agency processes affect timing. The quotation confirms service fees, deliverables and any separate charges.
